To Change your password while you're connected over a VPN on a City owned Laptop:

This is a little tricky, as your old password is "Cached" on the local computer, to allow you to login while not connected to the network.

First - Change your password while connected over the VPN:
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and then click Change a password.
Type your old password, type your new password, type your new password again to confirm it, and then press Enter.
Click Here to watch a quick video example.

Second - Update the "Cached" password on your local computer with the new password.
Lock the Screen by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and select Lock (Or Winkey + L)
Unlock the computer with your new password - that will update the local Cached password.

Other Devices that may need updated:

Remember to also update the new password on your mobile phone or tablet if you have connected to City Email from those devices.
You will also need to update your password on any laptops that you've been issued. If the laptop is locked, unlock it with your old password, and then restart the device. Attempt to login using your new password.
